Place front and back tog with wrong sides facing, and sc around the edges. Join to the 1st sc with sl st. End off and weave in the end.
Cut a 36″ piece of white yarn and fold in half. Draw loop through any corner. Working with the double tail, ch 12 for hanger end off leaving a long tail. Draw the tail through the same corner. Knot securely and weave in the end.
Insert bags in the opening.
